Ordinarily, we run a regular programme of introductory classes for people who are new to Buddhism and meditation as practised in our tradition. Because meditation is one part of an overall package in Buddhism, most of our classes for newcomers are an introduction to Meditation and Buddhism, rather than being just about meditation alone.
We'll publish dates for newcomers' events as soon as we re-open.

Thursdays 1pm - 1.40pm

Courage in an uncertain world
We trialled running our Introductory Day online on Sunday 14th June for people within travelling distance to the Buddhist Centre and interested in finding out what Buddhism might have to offer. We hope to offer another date soon.
